What is Cross Fitness?
Strength and conditioning programme build upon constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity. It helps to develop athletes’ capacities across a wide variety of movements and modalities and involves workout routines at varied duration.
CrossFit is a measure of intensity is power. Power is work performed divided by the time taken to complete that work. That’s why in CrossFit, it is needed to record the client’s weights, reps, and workout times, always with the aim of doing more and doing it faster. Increasing the intensity is important because intensity is the key to improved fitness.
