Exercise Forms & Muscles

Exercises of Upper Body, Lower Body and the Core and abdomen are discussed here. Although there can be a variety of machine-aided exercises, some basic forms of exercise are covered here as an introduction.

Upper Body Exercises

  1. The Upper Body exercises target the muscles of the upper extremity and includes muscles of arm, chest, shoulder and upper back.

Lower Body Workouts

  1. The Lower Body exercises target the muscles of the lower extremity and back and includes muscles of legs and buttocks.

Core & Abdomen Workouts

  1. The Core Strengthening exercises target the muscles of the abdomen and core area.
