Pamela's Fitness Story.....


Part-I :
Fitness has never been of great interest for me. But I always dreamed of a beautiful body that I could flaunt. I was severely underweight and developed a sense of low self-esteem because of that. In that phase of my life, I was quiet unaware of the importance of fitness and how much it is imperative to make my dreams come true.
Hi, this is Pamela, sharing my fitness story in the Open Forum this time……..
Part-II :
My workout plans were restricted within the walls of my room where I used to do exercise, but that too with a lot of lethargy. Since working out seemed to be a difficult thing to continue, my dream of having a good figure seemed a far away thing to achieve. I found a short cut method to achieve it. Although I loved Junk food , yet I started exploring different diet plans to see some good results. It was in the year 2017, that my life took a progressive turn. My sister was always into fitness and she could never arouse any interest in me to take up workout seriously. But after going through some of her workout pics I really got motivated to see her transformation results. Therein I decided to follow her footsteps and enrolled myself in a gym.
In 2017, when I joined the gym, I weighted 45 kgs. But truly speaking, I was very irregular. As said earlier, my interest was lacking and I was not motivated enough to pull through the sessions in gym with regularity. I literaly wasted 1 year in this way and obviously there was no improvement in my physique.


Part-III :
In 2018 I met my now Coach and we bonded very well. He started motivating me every day and every moment in the gym. He helped me understand the technicalities involved with work out and about how our body responds to it. Gradually I developed an insight about the importance of workout and how it can influence your entire lifestyle.
Through proper diet and exercise I gained muscle mass and my weight moved from 45 to 50 Kgs. I was pretty happy considering my progress. But in 2019 I faced some severe health issues and I again lost 7 kgs in that illness. For 4 months I was detached from exercise. Then again I resumed workout. I didn’t give up and was constantly pushing myself. A lot of hardwork from my Coach’s side to keep me going in this journey. I regained all the lost weight and today I am really satisfied with the muscle gain and the toned body that I have achieved. Fitness not only improves your physical health but also makes you much stronger from inside. So today fitness is my hobby, my passion and my favorite subject to talk about.
