Sudipta's Journey to Fitness

Part-I : Exercise is the best habit for life….
- Hey Friends,
- I, Sudipta Ganguly, presently 35, was fascinated by body building right from standard ten but I was devoid of the knowledge and was not motivated enough to go further. I used to think I would develop muscles simply by gymming but soon realised that it is far from possible. For muscle development, you have to sacrifice a lot, mere exercising will not take you there. I started wasting my time with friends partying as it was alluring enough to ignore the firm routine of exercise and workouts . But then the annual check up conducted in my office showed high SGPT and high cholesterol.
Part-II :
- I got into a gym though I wasn’t interested but it seemed slowly that it was the best decision. After 1.5 months of gymming I did a medical check up where I found the parameters to be normal and that then motivated me. Also I met a certified trainer of that gym. I booked a personal training with him for three months though it exceeded my budget. And I did feel the change. He motivated me even in lockdown to continue with a minimum routine. Following his guidance have been one of the best decisions in my life.

Part-III
- My trainer made me understood the basic fact that one can develop muscles and maintain a proper health, you can achieve your dream body and health by exercising , working out properly on a regular basis while enjoying your food too. Discarding food, eating less will not take you anywhere even near the goal, as that’s not realistic. I too feel one has to be regular and perseverant enough to do the exercises properly under an able trainer to get best results and I feel one has to be regular and perseverant enough to do the exercises properly under an able trainer to get best results.
