Exercises of Upper Body, Lower Body and the Core and abdomen are discussed here. Although there can be a variety of machine-aided exercises, some basic forms of exercise are covered here as an introduction.
Upper Body Exercises
- The Upper Body exercises target the muscles of the upper extremity and includes muscles of arm, chest, shoulder and upper back.
Lower Body Workouts
- The Lower Body exercises target the muscles of the lower extremity and back and includes muscles of legs and buttocks.
Core & Abdomen Workouts
- The Core Strengthening exercises target the muscles of the abdomen and core area.
