First Ever IFBB Mr. Olympia Men's Physique 2013
Mark Anthony Wingson was born in Trinidad and Tobago, and later moved to Toronto, Canada in 1989. He played baseball and football all the way through high school. His father was a cyclist, and part of his program was weightlifting and that’s how he got into it. He had immense appreciation for his favorite bodybuilders of all time, Jay Cutler, and Kevin Levrone, as a teen.

His Life Story......
Mark was a gifted athlete growing up and was keen to do weight training as a teenager. His father played a major role in supporting his bodybuilding career and pushed him to excel at the sport.
In 2011, Mark earned his pro card by winning the IFBB North American Class B Men’s Physique division.
The next year he won 1st place at the LA Pro Grand Prix, Orlando Europa, and New York Pro.
In 2013, Mr. Olympia introduced a men’s physique division for the first time and Mark set out to win it under the guidance of his coach George Farah. He became the first-ever winner of Mr. Olympia Physique. But in 2014, he ultimately fell out of the top 5 in the competition and finished in 6th place.

His launched a Physique team called THE NEW BREED where his pro coaches provide training and guidance.He also became an ALLMAX Athlete, owns a training business called Olympia1 and represents for HiTechPharma.
